In 2019, FFD received project funding from the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs (KEO-30), the European Commission with technical assistance from IFAD, and Belgium (DGD). About 50% of the funding came from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 50% through AgriCord. During 2019, 10 different producer organizations or cooperatives were supported in 5 different countries, with a total budget for 2019 of EUR 670,123.
